  • Do you accept dogs who are not neutered/ spayed or are in heat?
    Yes. We take special precautions to ensure NO ACCIDENTAL litters happen. However, that means your dog may not have as much play time with other dogs. They will have more one on one play time.
  • What if my dog needs medications?
    As a vet tech I have expert knowledge in medication administration. Please makes sure to inform of this need during the booking process.
  • Do you do haircuts?
    No I do not have the expertise or skillset to provide a full haircut.
  • What if I need to pick up my boarding dog after hours?
    An after hours fee of $10 is added if you need to pick up after 6pm.
  • What do I need to bring?
    Please bring any blankets, toys, food, bowls, leash and collar with tags on your drop off date. We can provide food (purina pro plan) if needed. A food fee of $5 per day is added on to your booking if no food is provided.
  • I am a repeat customer. Do I need to fill out the forms each time my dog visits?
    No, as long as your information and vaccinations for your dogs are current.
  • Do you offer special rates for long-term boarding?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    f a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days in advance, a 100% refund will be given. Cancellations done with a 2 day advance notice will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled with less than a 2 day notice are not refundable. All refunds will be given in a form of Desert Dogz credits. No cash refunds.
